Sonoran Desert Flyers by-laws are in Adobe® Acrobat® format.
The Acrobat reader is widely used for displaying documents and is included during the installation of many programs. Therefore, you probably already have it on your computer. If not you can use the following link to download a free copy of the Acrobat Reader for your specific computer.
The by-laws chronology was a little confusing during 2002 and 2003 because text from the version prior to the 1/13/02 version was mixed with changes approved 12/08/02, leaving out some changes approved by the membership on 1/13/02. After discovery of the problem, the changes were properly integrated, re-ratified by the membership on 11/22/03 and subsequently signed by the appropriate officers. Erroneous copies of the by-laws are dated January 2003. By-laws with the January 2003 date are not correct. You may download the PDF version from the web or obtain a copy of the signed version from the club Secretary.
