Well it was my first kit built RC airplane. I have always built ARF's but kit building is very rewarding. The laser 200 has a purple star burst on the bottom & the rest of the plane is yellow with red pin strips. I want to thank Jay Kvilvang for a nice write up in the news letter regarding the laser. Some of the details are a smoked canopy, Oak veneer dash with gauges, OS 1.08 FX for power with a Bisson pitts muffler. Wingspan of 73" and weighs in at 10 lbs 6 oz. This project took me approximately 3 months with the help of my father, Thanks Pop for the time saving stick building you did and helping me sheet up both of my wings. We are looking forward to seeing your Laser 200, they are great airplanes. I have just since got the Laser trimmed like it should be, and the performance is AWESOME with a 15-6 APC prop which produces vertical that is out of site. Thanks JR |
